Well I started back to work this weekend and it wasn't easy by any means. I had a hard time the first day. It was hard to come home and Josey was sleeping and I didn't get to interact with her at all. I'm glad that I have the next two days off to spend with her. Plus I know my back is glad I'm off a couple of days too. I've definitely had my upper body strength tested this weekend.
Yesterday was Brian and mine's one year anniversary. Not much celebrating was going on since I was working all day. Brian and Josey surprised me with some beautiful flowers and a sweet card. After Josey went to bed, Brian and I cooked supper and reminisced about when we first started dating. It felt good just to laugh together. Sometimes we seem to get caught up in life and forget to laugh.
Sorry just can't seem to keep my eyes open tonight. Better give in and get some rest.
