Josey is giving kisses on a regular basis. She tries to kiss the dogs, her cousins, and of course her parents :) She is definitely teething! I felt in her mouth and can feel the two front teeth on the top of her mouth and the bottom but none of them have broke through the skin yet. She has also started sucking in her bottom lip so she looks like an old woman with her false teeth out.
Josey had her first ear infection last week. Poor girl woke up Monday night just screaming and big tears. Brian and I didn't have a clue why she was crying so Josey and I spent the night on the couch. Once it hit 7am, I called my mom and she suggested ear infection right away so we took her to the doctor. Right ear badly infected and left borderline...amoxicillin and ear numbing drops were prescribed. She's much better now and her rash she got from the amoxicillin is almost cleared. A couple of nights I would wash up Josey in the tub and then let her airdry while playing on the blanket in the living room. She thought it was great! She smiled the whole time she was naked :)
Brian and I went to the free concert down by the riverside in Rochester last night. It was Jamey Johnson who is one of Brian's favorite singers. I can't even guess how many people were there but it was packed! It was a lot of fun and the best part it was FREE! It was a perfect night for the concert and he did an excellent job. We might just go to some of the other concerts that are left for the summer. Even if we don't know the band it was great to get out and enjoy the weather. Here's a picture of Jamey.
