I love bananas and biter biscuits! Josey isn't a fan of eating new foods or babyfood period. She loved the biter biscuit but I had to take it away when she started to get big chunks off of it. She cried hard when I took it away so she definitely liked it. The tears quickly went away when I gave her bananas. She was grabbing at the bowls trying to get to the banana cream...apparently she didn't think I was going fast enough :)The picture below is Josey sucking on her strap that tightens the straps around her shoulders. She has figured out how to pull it up and suck on it. She thinks it is funny b/c Brian and I always take it away from her. No matter how many toys she has in her seat with her, her strap is much more interesting. What a nut!
The picture below is Josey proud of herself. In two weeks, Josey's learned how to crawl, sit up by herself, and pull herself up next to things. We're still learning to fall on our butt when we let go of the stuff though. Brian and I are contemplating getting her a helmet b/c she hits her head so much. We really need to keep a close eye on her now that she pulls up next to EVERYTHING! If you hold her hands while she's standing, she'll attempt to walk and sometimes will let go of your fingers momentarily to see how well she stands. Stinker! I think we're going to have an early walker.
I'm ready for my bath! Josey loves taking baths. Don't worry I was sitting on the toliet next to her. She has a few bath toys and loves to push them around in the water. She thinks she can crawl around in the tub to get her toys and it is extremely hard on mom's back b/c I have to bend over the side of the tub so I can keep my arm underneath her so she doesn't slip and hit her head.
We have a princess among us! I was give this for a wedding gift (long story). Josey loves to play with the picture frames on the bottom of the bookcase and this was by them. She's such a sport and will let me do about anything to her :)
